Your local Pcso's are in attendance at these meetings and have been patrolling regulary for the last 12 months so are familiar with the area.

Special Notice
NOTICE: Pursuant to Section 31 of the Antisocial Behaviour Act 2003, notice is hereby given that Staffordshire Police have authorised, following agreement with Stoke-on-Trent City Council, parts of Norton and Ball Green to be designated a Dispersal Zone.
This will be in effect from 1 April 2010 to 1 October 2010.
In accordance with Part 4, Section 30 (3) to (6) and Section 32 (1) and (3) of the Antisocial Behaviour Act 2003, constables in uniform have the following powers:-
The dispersal of groups of two or more people within this designated area
To return any person under 16 to their home and,
A direction prohibiting that person who does not normally live in the designated area, from returning there within 24 hours.
If an individual refuses to follow the direction to disperse, under Section 30 (4) they will be committing an offence that could result in a fine up to £2,500 or imprisonment, or both.
