Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince

Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince is the 6th installment of the Harry Potter series. Being the second to last book (there are only going to be seven written) the book had to be darker, more gripping and exciting than the others. And J. K. Rowling has done exactly that. A lot of things have happened to Harry the year before - from his godfather Sirius dying.. to the duel between Dumbledore and Lord Voldemort. Harry's sixth year at Hogwart's has many unexpected twists, leaving you to wonder what's going to happen next, and leaving you hanging with exciting cliffhangers.

This year, Harry falls in love with a most unexpected person, and two of Harry's friends suddenly discover they have deep feelings for each other. J. K. Rowling fills the book with mystery, humour and a fast pace that will leave you wanting to read on. This is definitely the best of the six books, by far. But this book has a death of a well loved character.
There's not much more than can be written about this book, without giving too much of the plot away, but all in all, this is great read for all ages.

9/10! A thrilling and enjoyable book.
